Purpose and minimization
Arrivalane processes verified account email, approved memberships, necessary visitor details, access events and billing records for property operations. Public parking does not require national IDs by default. No ID-document uploads or biometrics are supported.
Access and retention
Property-specific roles limit access. Visitor phone fields are encrypted at rest. Audit events avoid identity numbers and bearer tokens. The default proposed visitor retention is 30 days; deployment must enable and verify the retention worker and any lawful holds.
Your requests
Request correction, access or deletion through your property manager and the operator contact to be supplied before launch. A dedicated data-request portal is not yet available.
Providers and transfers
Review contracts with the database host, email provider and payment processor; assess Kenyan ODPC registration and cross-border transfer obligations with qualified advice. No marketing consent is bundled with access.
