Service terms — draft for legal review
Arrivalane is a working brand. Legal entity, name clearance, jurisdiction, support commitments and signed commercial schedules must be finalized before live contracting.
Software and access
The initial mode is guard-assisted online verification. The customer operates physical gates and maintains emergency egress, manual release and safety interlocks. Subscription delinquency does not automatically revoke home access.
Trials and equipment
A trial lasts 14 days and includes software only. Hardware loans require a site survey, approved economics, a signed agreement and legal review. Barriers, construction, ANPR and unlimited maintenance are excluded from default offers.
Fees and parking
Displayed prices are editable proposal defaults. Parking commission is the larger of the agreed floor and percentage, not the sum. Tax, discounts, refunds, fee payer and operator settlement are defined in the contract.
Invitations
Normal invitations are included. The paid-invitation experiment is off and cannot be enabled until service entitlements, expiry and refund terms are implemented and approved.
